TWC has the WORST cable TV service I've ever tried to use! For 3 weeks now, the picture will just 'freeze' and stay frozen for a few seconds or up to several minutes at a time... And you just miss whatever continued to play while the screen was frozen. It does this over & over again! The only thing worse than their TV service is their billing department! Mysteriously, every couple of months my bill jumps to over $200/month because 'they' added HBO, Cinemax or several other paid channels without my authorization. Finally, to top that... Have you tried getting through on their (lack of) customer service numbers? Trying to get through to have my bill corrected, again, their 'wait/hold' time averages around 30 minutes, or they'll just tell you to call back later, because the hold time is over an hour! Needless to say, I'm canceling my service with them and looking at going with Dish Network. TWC sucks! 11/19
