I am so mad i dont even know where to begin. I ordered a ring from dejavujewelry.com, which was the beginning. The sizing chart they provide is at least 2 sizes off so i ordered a size 7 when i probably needed a 5. I disnt know until i recieved my ring. I immediatly contacted the owner, les weitzer, to see if i could go about exchanging it for a smaller size. The website says they havesize 5 in stock however, according to les they didnt. So he agreed to email me the exchange information and we got off the phone. Btw - most stores will send you a shipping order with a ups tracking number. Not this place! Just adds to the sketchiness.
Anyways, 2 days later my inbox was still empty so i called again. He seemed extremely annoyed and told me he would send it. 2 days later i recieved an email from les, not the exchange information, but an email saying all that was left was size 6 rings and to email him back about how i wanted to procede. I emailed him back FOUR TIMES saying i wanted the 6 aand to pleeeeease send me the information... NOTHING BACK.
Over the past week ive called and left a message nearly every other day. Do my calls get returned? No. Is he probably holed up in a shady little fraud hut watching my number on the caller id, knowing what i want, and ignoring me? Probably.
So. I guess im going to keep my size 7 and maybe get a ring guard. I literally went to the trouble to create this account and type this entire ran ton my phone because i feel so disgusted with the entire "company" i reccromend NEVER buying from dejavujewelry.com EVER. The customer service is non existant. I dont even think this is a real company
