Placed an Internet order #68199 on 2/18
Never filled.
Repeated calls to Customer Service, I was told item was on "backorder".
This continued until it was past the time I could do a "charge-back".
Spoke with Jessica in customer service several times.
Told me accountant would take care of it but was "out sick" (for several months)
Travel took me to Houston 10/2/10. I stopped in to their FENCED and GATED office/warehouse.
Jessica (and an armed guard) met me at the gate and assured me she would "take care of it".
Still No refund NO product...
