I keep getting collection letters from this agency for a magazine I ordered. Every month I continue to receive the magazine, which I paid for, with a subscription renewal date on the mailing label of November.
I tried to call the number in their letter and I logged onto the website on their letter but their site, as well as their toll-free phone system, is only set up to take payments.
I refuse to call the number on their letter that is not toll-free to explain to them that they are in error. They probably get a cut of the calls for the time you expend trying to straighten it out.
