Two weeks ago, I was dumb enough to order one of those Free credit Reportd. Within a week, I was already charged 9.95 for the free service. I called and talked to Frances. He was not helpful but told me I had already been a member and must pay. I canceled the membership and called my credit card company. I called back the next day and think Frances answered again but he was using a different name. He would not help me. I have sent a fax to the company but have not heard a word. This week, I discowered that they have charged my credit card for another 24.95 for this Free report. Why are these compsnies allowed to continue operating. I unserstand that a lawsuit has been filed.
