Returned three items in June for a credit of $65. When September rolled around, I called back to confirm what the issue was. Nice lady I spoke with had confirmation that all three items were received and the exact amounts due to me for the return - but. - then gave me a script about having to wait 45-60 days as they were undergoing restructuring and I would receive a letter in the mail. Still haven't received a credit, a letter, a return email or even able to get anyone on the phone.
