Said he spoke to my controller & knew his name, & he relayed my number since I order office supplies. All "free products" not free or never received/told it would be COD & just dropped off to us. They have no way to receive payment, so good luck to them. Not paying for shipment to return.
Called stating my controller, then used his name, directed him to me since I order supplies. He called my direct line, which I rarely give to anyone. Said his company is going out of business & selling things cheap. Knew the stuff we used & that we are small office. Said free items would be included which were not there. Told me it would be COD so I was planning on refusing it. Front receptionist was told but 2 weeks later forgot & signed for it but it was not COD.
They have no way of getting paid for this. If they want their stuff back then they will have to pay for shipping.
