I visited PLDT workplace, handle mentioned above at around 4pm-5pm today 15.12.2010 to record my PLDT home and also to spend my expenses. I'm going to get my solution number. And that I found the shield Caloyo standing beside, and so I stated "I want a solution to cashier and customer service", but he irritably stated "is there t/duty"? I stated "yes and that I require a solution to cashier and customer service". He passed me solution number. Simply to customer service and no solution number. To cashier and he explained irritably again "visit customer service and have recommendation". I stated "I want ticket to cashier furthermore" and he did not let me get my own personal solution. I questioned his name but he didn't provide his title, and so I attempt to look at his identification nevertheless when I appear, it had been the rear of his identification. Therefore, corrected it and didn't noticed obviously his title since he placed the identification in the opposite part of the identification case.
I'm confirming this criticism since lots of people might have poor purpose for not carrying the identification precisely that'll risk your company reputations. And that I am also wishing that on my next visit it'll be considered a great expertise and never this same event I simply experienced nowadays.
