Received invoice dated 12-21-11 for "telecom maintenance" in the amount of $350.00. This was not a service we ordered nor have we ever had business dealings with this company

Received invoice #63661 dated 12-21-11 in the amount of $350.00 for "Telecom Maintenance". The invoice states "thank you for your business. This is not an invoice for services rendered but for preventative maintenance on your telephone system." We did not order this and have never contacted this company for business.
