This is the rudest company I have ever worked with in my 25 years in business. They have the nastiest, most put-out person answering phone (on speaker). She is the only one you can get in touch with so if you have a problem with her, you're out of luck. Their prices are great, but their turnaround time is completely inconsistent. I'd live with that, but the "person" who answers the phone and is in charge of customer service is the poorest excuse for a worker ever. They rarely, if ever, answer their e-mails so you have to deal with this creep. She must have the goods on them. Only reason someone would ever employ a beast like that.
