I have been trying to get in touch with someone at Cricket about my service lately and how I have been dropping calls more frequently than ever before. Also, there is a beep sound on my phone and at first I thought maybe a time was set accidentally or even that my earring caused it, but neither was the case and it is still happening.
I can never get in touch with a live person, the automated system on the 1-800 doesn't allow you the option, and no one ever anwers the phones in the stores cause they are so busy. I don't have time to go to the store physically and I don't want to wait in line either, that is what a call center is for.
Please will someone contact me or at least tell me how I can talk to a LIVE person
