Kate Vessy Company is attempting to collect a double payment for a doctor bill, 18 months ago they served me court papers, I responded, and waited to har for a court date, they waited 18m months

After refusing to negotiate a $500.00 Doctor bill, company wouldn't take payments, they served me in 2010 with a summons, I promptly responded, and waited for a hearing date, 18 months later they were able to obtain a judgment and garnish my wages for more than double the original bill, all without giving me notice of a court hearing. This is an attorney's office!
