I purchased a single earring from LITTER SF for $92 plus $10 shipping on 12/18. I never received it. The company does not buy tracking or delivery confirmation. So for $10 shipping I could not track my package.
I have asked for a refund repeatedly but they have not responded. I have asked if I would receive any compensation for not receiving my order and they have not responded.
At one point Rachael said that she would send me another earring again and ship it express and send me a tracking number. I never received the tracking number or the earring.
I have made attempts to locate my package. I have contacted my post office and I have talked to my mail carrier. These people have not made any attempts to make me feel like they care about me as a customer. I have honestly never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional and careless.
I don't like wasting my time sending them emails but I feel that I have to because they should treat their customers with respect and give refunds if the customers are unsatisfied or worse haven't even received what they ordered.
