Payroll Perfect hired my small business to write their telemarketing scripts and agreed to complete payment within 30 days of receiving the script. At the time, I told them that because of a soft economy and the nature of their services, there was a good chance that results would be slim and my fees were not based on results.
Although Scott Holley — one of the principals — acknowledged the warning, he refused to pay (even after stating two times that he had every intention of paying). I found out that he is operating out of Mexico, NOT Utah, which makes it even harder to collect.
This accounting business is obviously following some less-than-honorable practices of its own. I encourage extreme caution in working with them. I have a complete e-mail train, backing up what I am claiming, for anyone who is interested.
