I worked for Results Telemarketing between May and June. I am still waiting to be paid on past due invoice now over 150 days past due. The first payroll check I received from them bounced and it took Nick several weeks to cover it. It has now been since June 15 th invoice and still waiting to be paid. After waiting a reasonable amount of time I did not receive it. Sylvia Stap handling payroll, gave me the run-around saying that a check was in the mail, after not responding to several email request for answers. Ce again. At this time, she made no mention to having mailed the check and responded saying thank you for submitting your invoice. If this were the case (no money or no control) then why has he hired/contracted with more telephone representatives in May? In fact last week Sylvia Stap was doing orienatations with new contractors. I am sure that they are unaware of "No Funds" to pay their paychecks Further attempts to contact Sylvia were unsuccessful. Then it was months later when I received an email from Nick MacCallion sent by Sylvia on July 6 which read:

"Attention all callers:

Due to the slowdown in business, we have been unable to maintain timely payments to the callers.

We have lost several clients due to lack of contacts and appointments.

It is our intention to pay everyone as revenues come in. I am working to make this happen as soon as possible, but it may be two to four weeks out.

We will pay people that have the longest outstanding balance first, working our way to being current.

Any callers that stay with us through this temporary setback will be further compensated once we catch up.

I see that some callers are threatening to post negative information about the company or contact our clients.

This is against the terms of the employment contract and not very professional, so I hope that people will refrain.

And I phone him again for past due invoice in September which he stated it will be paid between October and November so now here it is November 20 th and still have heard no response about payment. They do not reply thru emails or messages left on there answering machine.
