My daughter order 3 turtles from this company and paid for next day air. She did not receive the pets the next day. I called and spoke with Steve. He was rude, loud, and discourteous. I waited 2 more days and still no turtles. I called back and again Steve was a completely rude and after he realized the error was on his end, he was still rude.
We will not be using this company ever again! Please don't waste your time. Please don't waste your money.
