I oredered an $86.95 "kit" from Arts of nature, I received everything except the turtles, the box with the items read as follows: "Live harmless reptiles", but they were never sent, just the other items, I sent them 4 emails and received auto responses saying they received the email and a customer service rep will be replying. I called and left a voicemail which I got their number from the box, their website has removed the number. The main reason I ordered the kit was for the turtles.
