Mark Valinsky took semi nude photographs of me when I was 13

Um Hi my name is Payten, I am 15 years old now and I can no longer keep my silence. I was 13 years old when I met Mark Valinsky at the Santa Monica Mall. Mark gave me his business card and said I had the look for modeling and that if I was interested in modeling to give him a call. At first I thought it was weird that a grown man of 40 something was giving me his business card, but deep down inside it was my dream to be a model. I waited like a month before calling Mark, I had to get my nerve up.

He answered when I called, I told him who I was and where I met him and he said he remembered me. I said I wanted to be a model and I asked him how much would it cost and what do I need to do. He said it would not cost anything and all I had to do was pose. Mark said he wanted to do a test shoot to see how photogenic I was. I said do I need my parents to go with me and Mark said no because it was a test shoot and that the photos would no be used for anything.

So Mark picked me up where we met and he took me shopping to buy some clothes for the shoot, he told me I would be perfect for glamour modeling. I said can teens do that? And Mark said yes, he told me of a site that specialized in teen glamour modeling (www.trueteenbabes.com) and that I could make a lot of money with them. So we got to Mark's studio and he showed me the website he mentioned.

He asked me if it would be ok to take test shots like the girls on that website and I hesitated, but he convinced me to and I went along with it. Mark first took pictures of me in a dress, then in a bikini and finally implied and semi nude. Mark must have shot over 400 pictures of me, I felt naked and exposed. Mark took pictures of me with barely any clothes on, I mainly wore a thong, high heels and open shirt with no bra. Mark then asked me if I would do implied nudity and I said no I am not getting naked.

He said implied nudity is not nudity at all, that it gives the impression that I am nude. He offered to pay me $500 to do it and I did. Some of the pictures my nipple was showing and Mark said he would edit it out. After the shoot, Mark dropped me off where he picked me up and said he would contact me when he selected the best pictures. About a week later Mark called me and told me he selected the best pictures. So once again he picked me up at the mall and we went to his studio. Some of the pictures I liked and some of them I hated.

I asked Mark not to show anyone those pictures and he said that he could do whatever he wanted to do with the pictures because they were his property. I said how much do you want for me to buy those pictures and he said $5000.00. I said I don't have that kind of money, then Mark put his hand on my leg and moved it up my skirt. I was nervous and scared. Mark said I could have the pictures or he would destroy them if I performed a striptease for him and be completely naked in front of him.

I did it because I wanted those pictures. There I stood completely naked in his studio, I was nervous and scared, I was more worried about my parents finding out what I did. Mark had his pants open and he was touching himself as i stripped. After I was done he wanted me to touch him where he was touching himself. I said no way!!! And I started to cry and I wanted to go home. Mark said if I touched him while I was naked, that I could get the pictures and that he would drop me off.

When Mark dropped me off at the mall, all he did was smile at me and then he drove away. I cried and was ashamed at what I had did. If this is what modeling is all about I don't want anything to do with it. The reason I made this post 2 years later was because I saw one of my pictures on Mark's website (www.markvalinskyphotography.com), it was a picture of me in my dress. This scared me and I wondered if Mark still had copies of all the pictures he took of me. I sent him an email to take my picture down, which he did.

If anyone reads this beware of Mark, I checked online and the things on Mark's Model Mayhem profile #431659 and his website are not true, Mark has done nothing that he claims. Mark use to own a company named Valcom Media, he said he use to be a movie producer too. I think Mark is a liar. What Mark did to me, I wonder if he did it to his two daughters. Yes, Mark has children too, I worry about them, I hope they don't go through what I went thru when I was 13 years old.
