This was a complete scam from the beginning. I had no idea this wasnt actually North Face, it was actually an Asian website pretending to be their outlet center! I ordered a jacket and before they sent me the actual goods they immediately processed my card. That was the first red flag. Then they sent me an email that said
I am so sorry that the color you ordered are sold out now,
because this is hot season, there have lots of orders every day, we are not sure all of the goods are in stock,
so sorry for the trouble we caused,
our website have lots of the goods, as the compensation, you can choose any one pair you like,
dont mind the price, we dont charge your money again, even through the price of the items you chose is higher than you ordered.

I replied to tell them I was not interested in any other goods but wanted a full refund. They email me again to say

It is not wise to cancle the order, when you paid for the goods, the third party agencies have charged some money as the trade commision, he dont refund the commision, even through the business is failure, as you know we are in diffierent country, the commision is very hgih, so if cancled, you only get the 70% of the refund, And you cant receive the money immeditaly, the third party have to take much time to process it. That is why i asked you to choose the other expensive cost, pls consider it.
As you can see this is a 100% scam from the beginning. Be aware!
