Dear Book Club Customers,
BEWARE of those book clubs that promise to send you books every month regardless if you ordered them! I joined Primary Teachers book club and they keep sending me books I haven't ordered! When I printed off my order history sheet not one of the amounts indicated was the amount the agency was asking me to pay nor were any of the books purchased on the date mentioned.
Not only do they send books that haven't been ordered they send your name to a collection agency and then you have to deal with those hassels as well. They are not very responsive when getting back to their customers. I have written many letters by email and even took it a step further and wrote to the manager and haven't heard anything back in return.
It really surprises me because they say customer satifaction is number one priority! I just wanted to forewarn others that "silence doesn't mean acceptance" and they can't send you books and bill you for them just because you didn't select them. I still don't know if my name has been cleared from the colleciton agency, but I refuse to pay for books that I did not choose. If this continues to happen I will take these complaints to my teacher union!
