Owner: Juan Barron Juan Barron said he would give me a refund on my $310 deposit and he has not

Juan Barron of Fort Bend Christmas Lights said he would refund my $310 deposit on 11/26.

I followed up with him on the following dates: 12/2 12/4 12/8 12/12 12/13 12/19 12/23 and each time he apologized for not sending me the check and said he would mail it. Have not received the check as of today 12/28.

He is now not answering and not returning my phone calls. Left message on 12/27/11
