Order placed 12/3 and have still not received as of 12/26. They never notified me of package coming after the holiday, You can never reach anybody to find out information. They sent an email saying Internet

Yourstoreonline.net didn't send my order. You can never get information. They sent one email with tracking information almost 3 weeks after order was placed. I can't get updated information and now when you call they say they are closed.
