We bought a Air Hockey Table #34012 04 a couple of years back at Costco. The equipment wont switch on any more. I'm very upset that after spending $300 $ with this LARGE sport, you will find no substitute parts available.
I believe if Sportcraft has "time restriction" on once they create components for that products they market, they must publish it on the container: "SPORTCRAFT JUST HAS PARTS FOR THIS'S GOODS TO GET A VERY SMALL PERIOD"
I sent customer support days before, wondering if there is "something" they are able to do? No response.
Unfortunate. You'd believe when they do not provide components to get a item THEY created recently, they'd AT-LEAST provide a discount about the next purchase... Bad, crappy support.
What I TRULY need may be the awful component to some desk I "Evidently" invested a significant amount of cash on...
Otherwise, I'd "enjoy" an answer to my problem!
