Dydasco Photography, Michael Dydasco
Intentionally crappy photos, breach of contract, left his own reflection & reflection of equipment in sloppily edited "retouched" photos

Dec 16, Dydasco Photography located "Photoshoot in the Vdara" encouraging to take 20 photos, and supply 5 retouched photos, in excgange for charge during blast from 3:30-9:30pm.

This client came and, after Jordan Dydasco seemed to have shot significantly less than 20 pictures of topic/customer, subsequently shooter rescheduled area of the blast stating gear results as foundation for closing early. "I've to return my lights, they simply named and explained they require their lamps again, " Michael Dydasco mentioned.

Supplied only 8 unedited pictures from the blast to select from, informed customer to choose 2-3.

Guaranteed Tuesday evening shipping and Customer obtained nothing by Friday morning, despite ethical follow-up communications from Customer which shooter dismissed. Shooter also published the update "nobody
bother me for something. Thanks. Peace " on Facebook, Thursday, the day Customer messaged shooter to check out on images. Customer named shooter on Friday, who mentioned he'd "resend them at this time" once they hadn't been delivered before.

Photographer sent two images. Via text, shooter ended deleting & pushed 2 more of the unselected/undesirable pictures on customer, denying the present she particularly selected/required, for a preliminary whole of only 4 "retouched" pictures in the place of 5.

Of the guaranteed 5 retouched pictures: Jordan Dydasco didn't eliminate their own representation (supply & camera still noticeable), didn't eliminate photo light representation along with other item insights, didn't eliminate apparent shadows, unsuccessful retouch makeup, poorly fuzzy components in a fashion that distorts the topicis picture within the picture.

Michael Dydasco mentioned "should you don't like my edits, modify it-yourself, I actually donot care" and e mailed a trademark release.

Customer called lawyer, who advised Customer that photographer's failings represent "break of agreement" and attorney required photographer's tackle to deliver desire page full refund. No company permit using the assistant of condition under "dydasco images" or "eileen dydasco" might be discovered, or with town of vegas.
