They have not issued my payment for $51.00 for my old cell phone as they promised

They are a cell phone recyle internt company. They recievd my cell phone on 12/5. They were to issue a $51.00 payment five days after recving the phone. I have sent them many email about my payemnt to whcih I have not recieved any respone. Ther is np phone number ophysical address listed on the web site. I still have not recieved my payment of $51.00. They are a scam
