The interview process consist of 1 initial vague interview in where they excite you and proclaim your possibility of moving up to a Senior Executive Marketer. They will not discuss pay with you or any details. As they accept anyone with a resume, you will be invited to go through 3 additional interviews in where you provide free labor.
