What a shame & ripoff!

Photopoint ripped me off. I'm so maddddd. I sell on Ebay. But Now over 500 of my photos are gone all the time scanning, fixing my image, uploading etc: etc. I'm Not A business ownwer, just a hobbyist trying to earn a few extra dollars. Now photopoint has stolen all my photos (including my Mom who passed away 2 years). WHAT A SHAME & RIPOFF!!! Please include me in any class action Lawsuit.
