Seeapuppy.com/the puppy experience. Uses newday ads to sell puppymill dogs.
He says he has a grooming shop but in fact he owns a store in aquebogue long island.
I called 4 ads in newsday and i spoke to the same person with the same story.

Why does newsday allow this guy scott kaphan to place personal ads and not a business ad?
Answer: because everybody knows that the store is just another puppy mill!!!
Because none of the local people will deal with him because of the horrific living conditions they know these puppys have endured.

There have been many reports of illegal distribution of unprescribed medications induced by syringes by the owner who is not a licensed vetenarian because he is too greedy to pay a real doctor for vet care.
