Sends people door to door to gather personal information and PPL Electric account details using social engineering tactics in

While having dinner, a man claiming to represent MX Energy knocked on our door. My wife answered, and the man asked to see our PPL Electric power bill so that he could gather our account details. I'm not sure what this man hoped to accomplish, but tactics of this sort are called "social engineering" by people in the computer security business.
