Bad Service... Owner was very rude didn't care

Made an appt to Board my dog was given a tour all looked fine. Said they had daily execise was feed and had her blanket heated floors found out later they don't. So I did picked my dog up she was really scared starving to death and had no human interreaction... Never again... Don't trust them. They lie
