Star Time Broke My Watch and Denied It

I went to this retailer to simply have a new battery put in because the digital display was dimming. They replaced the battery and the watch seemed to be working fine. However, when I went to reset the time, it said "buttons locked." I took it back inside the store. They attempted to take out the new battery and reinstall it to see if the watch would reset. Note: This is a digital heart rate watch for working out.

Upon replacing the battery the second time, the watch face went blank and could not be restarted. The owner said it was a coincidence that my watch broke at the same time they were replacing the battery. This watch was only 1 year old and worked perfectly until I brought it into their store. They would not admit that something they did broke the watch and simply handed me back my watch the money for the battery.

I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company. This man is a crook and despite trying to handle the situation professionally, he was very rude and condescending.
