Ripoff, dishonest, crushed every other furniture, overpriced, math error on billing, but did not return the money

Moving Company Rip-off.

Based on a good report from BBB Serving South Florida, we hired the services of Allstate Relocations, Inc for our moving needs from NY to FL last October.

This moving company damaged Five of our furnitures in this moving process, although they call this "accidents". We have the pictures as a proof of those damages furniture.

They also overcharged us increasing the Cubic footage of the furniture.

Allstate Relocations, Inc promised a discount of 10% when they did the stimate. It was written on the bill, however they never honored it.

After we formally complained to Allstate Relocations, Inc. And also filled out the forms to DOT and BBB.

Mrs. Rose Hirsh from Allstate Relocation, Inc. Admited that there was an overcharge and also a math error (10% discount that was written on the original bill but not deducted). She promised to return the money to us.

We signed, notarized, certified and sent to them the neccessary forms in order to collect for the overcharge, not for the broken furniture, since we have not come to an agreement on the amount.

More than 1 1/2 month has passed by without any money nor explanation for it at all.

BBB stated, on a letter dated on April 23 that they are unable to be of further assistance to us.
