Went to hire the attorney Donald Fulton. Jamal Qadduar offered legal advice telling he was willing to show me how to do things myself if I pay him cash. He clearly was trying to practice law and pocket the money. When I asked around, I found that he has cheated a client before who got in trouble due to the fact that legal assistant Jamal Qaddura pocketed the legal fees without passing them to his employer Donald Fulton. I got to realize that Donald and Jamal were sued by that client and LOST in court and had to return legal fees to the client.
