I am a realtor, and I was very excited to do some new marketing with realtor.com using their banner ads. I was told the process would be easy and that the design would take 7 to 10 days. The process was very unprofessional. No one would call me back after 10 days of not hearing anything. Then finally after 14 days they sent me a proof and I requested some minor changes like the font color and size. The changes were never made. I waited another 7 days and they sent me the original proof. I requested again the exact same changes and waited. I called and emailed. No response. 7 more days passed and I called again to see the banner ad changes. None were made in the proof they sent. So basically they took an entire month to do nothing. No calls were returned to me and they proceeded to bill me for their services. The ad went up. Not one click to my website. It now has been three months. Not one click to my website. I called to complain. They said the only thing they could do is redesign the banner ad. It has been 3 full weeks and not one call returned or email returned. The ad has not been redesigned and no one seems to care. They are still billing me.
Do not send realtor.com com your money. I am very surprised they do not have a class action law suit against them for fraud. I would join it if there was one. They misrepresent their services to the public.
