After working for this company I have learned thier dirty little secrets any time Jim's bank account looked low he would make up fees and fines to charge the franchisees so he would not have to pay them that much every month.
This company cleaned the office building they worked in-The Independence Towers - and recieved many complaints on the cleaning services and the owner, Jim or James Ferrell replied that the contacts the customers sign are fake and he says what he needs to to get money.
Might I add Jim is a very unstable person and has many problems he is a bi-polar manic depressive person. One former employee was going to sue him for sexual harassment and he hired someone to break into her home, who drugged her dog and locked him in the bathroom and made a mess of her home looking for audio tapes of him making sexual comments. This man is very dirty in all aspects. Do not do business with him and do not work for him - WATCH OUT EVERYONE - HE'S GOING DOWN!
