Not sending a return address

This company needs to be take off the internet!

I placed a order with them because of there return and exchange policy. Well they do not feel they need to go by it! I have been trying to send this order back for over a week now. All they say is (in very terrible english) that they sent the right thing. I'v been trying to get there address but they will not send me one. They say they don't have a english address. They want me to pay 100.00 shipping fee for a exchange when there policy says 20.00 to 40.00 I really wish I had looked into this company before i placed a order.
