I was very pleased with how my issues were handled by this company, after the sale. Although I was not clear on the damaged procedures, the 2 reps were able to walk me thru the process in obtaining the necessary information for my claim on parts. I was in a rush to get it settled, as I was worried about how much time had passed since my stroller had shipped. They assured me all would get straightened out, and it did. I appreciate how nice they both were and their eagerness to help me.
