WLi ripoff took money out of my account with out my concent I bought a cd from someone for 7.50 then they took 9.00 more out of my account 3 weeks late

I bought a quicken cd from a person online for $7.50 and then Wli Reservation rewards took $9.00 out of my account 3 weeks after i got the cd. They made me bounce my rent check that cost me 25.00 and my bank charged me overdraft fees of 25.00 these people cost me more money than i have. These people should be shut down and fined for the things there doing to people.
