The ad says customer serive is always there. Wrong. They will not answer emails re: billing. Phone calls to customer service have hold time of minimum of 23minutes. Not good when you only have a half hour for lunch, and work 2 jobs. Not just once but many, many times over 3 month period.
I made Several requests by email for a hard copy of the paper bill because their website for bill pay was down soooooo often. NO response from them AT ALL, until I get a notice from a collection agency. They had not sent me a hard copy of my billing in 10 months, and unable to get on their website for 3 months to make payments.intend to report them to BBB, SAG, credit reporting agencies and to ER Solutions, their collection agency.
