During the night between Oct 19 and 20th, Virgin Mobile took money out of my bank account without authorization. I do not, I repeat, I do NOT, use "auto-pay". They were not allowed to take money, but did! And this caused my bank account to charge an overdraft because they withdrew more money than I had in there. And guess what, they say: "We will be refunding the money we took, but we will not refund the overdraft fee." Um, YOU CAUSED THE FEE, not ME! Had you not taken out the money, I would not get the fee slapped on me.
So two thumbs down for Virgin Mobile.
