David is a con artist and was contracted to install carpet took the money and ran. He also sells carpet padding and provides legal services. He will con you in as Licensed Process Server that works for the AZ Courts to get your trust. He will not answer his phone once you have dealt with himBe Aware of his coning words family man with small child and Licensed Process Server.
