Told me 3 mons free received bill charged for 2 out of the 3! When you call and make a complaint they take your phone number enter it so when you call back they ask for your number see the complaint then send you to Inda, non speaking english help that goes now where and when I mean nowhere I got the dish in November its now april 22nd and no dvd player or d-cam. They like to keep moving you around to different sales mgrs that say your all set you wait??? Its april.
They sent me last years boxes that both broke in 2 mons, had to pay 30.00 or add 3 mons. To my contract, they told me to go to direct tv for that they dont handle that! Installer mess up my cable modem ran cables that crossed comcasts and had to pay comcast 75.00 to have it fixed!!!
