No shipping after I paid by paypal and no respond

I orderd my boots 10/3. It has been more than 1week. I don't receive track number for shipping. They describe;Shipping & Returns

I asked them about my order with e-mail many times. They don't respond at all. But they have already received my paymene by paypal. My accout is still processing. I have no iedea to contact them. I think this store is not real or don't exist. I really want them to return my paiment. I paid $33.59. They don't ship yet! They just collect money by pay pal.
