Liberty Wireless ripoff will not replace defective phone they sent me

I have called their customer service number many times & all I get is a pre-recorded message that asks me to make a payment or listen to my account.

All I want to do is talk to a representative & get a replacement of my phone.

I want my money back for all the bad service I have gotten for the last year.
