I purchased a voucer through SaveMore.com in August. I was allowed to redeem the voucher on September 2 and I did so promptly. I was to be sent 4 collapsible water bottles within 10 - 14 business days. When I did not get the bottles after two weeks, I contact the company and was told they would be sent out on time and I should relax. I waited two more weeks. At that point, I was told they had already been sent out (but MUCH later than expected). I was told the items were sent on September 28. It is now October 7 and it's clear the items were never sent.
Savemore.com facilitated the transaction and has had many problems with this company. I was told they are having a lot of serious delays yet they are on so many coupon sites selling more of their products (that they clearly cannot fulfill).
I would like my money back or the water bottles. They should not be permitted to charge our cards and promise a delivery date and then ignore any inquiries as to where the product is.
I believe that their customer service is rude and refuses to anwer my calls and emails. At this point, I have no choice but to believe they either didn't send it out or do not have the manpower to respond to all the complaints.
