I went into Great Sams in Moorpark last Friday (week before Christmas) and had my hair-cut and colored by Gail. The colour used down in two shampoos. I returned today to exhibit that my origins are brassy and appear terrible. Gail stated that I needed my hair red (where did she get that? I've really brownish hair.) and that is how it colors gray. She stated she'd cost me the entire add up to repair it. I left quite disappointed. Awful company. Awful work. I'd like my cash back.
