This is the 4th time i have had to chase merchandise around from dsn. The 3 previous problems took months to resolve and i decided to give them 1 more chance. I purchased a demontoid ring on July 28th. Was told it would be shipped in 15-21 business days.

At the end of August, still no ring. I have called 6 times and get put on hold for a minimum of 30min-1.5 hrs. When you finally get a rep on the phone and ask where the merchandise is, they must have a pre-written form in front of them claiming there are problems in the shipping department and it will be out in a few days.

5 weeks later I cancel the ring because they say they have no idea when it will be shipped, but they still have nearly $2000.00 of mine. They tell me it will be 3-4 business days for a credit. I have called 4 times and the answer is always the same. They claim they turned over the credit request and have no idea why it has not been done yet.

I have sent e-mails, letters and phone messages, all have gone unanswered. It has now been over 2 months and still no resolve. I was able to get a rep on the phone on friday Sept 30th and they told me there was nothing they could do. I am now in a credit dispute with my charge card company. This whole thing has been a nightmare, dont buy from this company. They smile when they take your money and u are lucky to get something in return.
