Quick construction paid him and he never came back to finish

Tim Quick is a thief! He said he would do interior trim and paint my house, well... We paid him and he never came back to finish what he started.
We had to hire one of his workers... That he NEVER paid and have him tear out alot of what he did and it cost us thousands of dollars!!!
Do not use him!!!
