I have ordered from Creed Rosary for years. They were a wonderful, Catholic owned, Rosary company. Their service was great. They bent over backwards to make customers happy. A company named Christian Brands in Phoenix Arizona purchased them. I called Creed to order a Rosary. I was told they had been Purchased by Christian Brands. The customer service agent I spoke with was extremely rude. He told me he would find out if they sold to individuals or not. He took my name and number and said he would call me back. He never did. I called back and again was treated rudely. I was told we do not sale to individuals. I explained I used to order from Credd Rosary and got a ministry discount. I was told we bought them and do not care what they did. I wrote a letter to Paul DiGiovanni, The President and CEO of Christian Brands. I called Paul DiGiovanni at his work number 602.
