Customer support at Walmart...
I had been within the shop today to buy some ammunition. I visited sporting goods and endured in the table. Workers went by me 3 times. Lastly somebody ceased and questioned basically needed aid I stated I did so, therefore he named somebody about the intercom to "arrived at sporting items to assist a person that has been waiting"... No body arrived.
Fifteen minutes later I had been tired of waiting and remaining.
When I was strolling out two men who seemed to be supervisors arrived of another space. I contacted them to state my worries and associated the above mentioned account for them. The main one guy shrugged and stated, "sorry, that occurs".
Significantly? Is Walmart this type of big organization they do not actually need the $300 I invested nowadays?
I am aware that dropping my business is not likely to harm Walmart, but I work-in the food company. That's not customer support. Easily handled people like this in my own cafe I'dnot have any clients.
